Comments from past collaborators:
"Working with Trice on New Light Theatre's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE was such a joy - she brings the actor's arsenal of professionalism, curiosity, vulnerability, and smarts that made my job as a director that much easier. Her attention to text, to the character's physical life, to the musicality of the script, was specific and rich and insightful. I can't wait to work with her again."
-Megan Bellwoar (director, NLT's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE)
”Trice’s work as an actor is defined by precision, creativity, and a deep passion for the craft. As a director, I’ve seen how she breaks down material in a way that is both rigorous and accessible, an approach that translates beautifully to coaching. Her creativity makes each choice feel fresh and specific, and her skill as an actor allows her to navigate complex material with clarity and confidence. Students working with her will gain not only stronger performances, but a clearer understanding of how to approach the work.”
- Allison Heishman (co-director NLT’s The White Chip/ Artistic Director, Azuka Theatre and Simpatico Theatre)
“Trice is undoubtedly one of my absolute favorite performers to work with and to watch. Every moment Trice is on stage is grounded, present, and full of humanity, managing to infuse her characters with power and tenderness in equal measure, and captivating the audience with her magnetic stage presence. Simultaneously a comedic genius, and the actor most likely to make me weep, she is a true force of nature on stage, and incredibly humble, kind, and generous off stage. Truly, a dream collaborator.”
- Lena Mucchetti (Artistic Director, New Light Theatre)
"I've worked with Trice for years, and she is the perfect synthesis of 'powerhouse talent' and 'stone cold professional'. She's been one of the top area professional actors for decades, giving her the hands-on experience needed to legitimize academic knowledge...and passing that creative spark down to her own children has given her the perfect delivery system for coaching young people."
- John Jezior (Actor, AEA, SAG/AFTRA)
